It is very important to create a practice that is safe and beneficial. I believe that if you can Breathe you can do Yoga. It is more than a movement practice, more than being flexible or strong, its about being in the present moment. Each day is different, somedays we feel strong and powerful, some days we feel adventurous ready to try a new pose, and some days we just want to lye in Savasana. Whatever the day brings it is important to stay in the present moment and accept what today brings us.
